Yarn Testing
Quality begins with testing of the yarn received from yarn mills.
Yarn is tested for contamination, absorbency, evenness, strength,
neps, elongations, etc. etc.

Greige Fabric Inspection
Greige knitted fabric and trims are checked for weight (density)
knitting defects, dust marks, oil marks, and other blemishes before being.
released to the dyehouse.

Finished Fabric Inspection
Finished fabric is inspected for fidelity to the required shade,
and density (gsm), continuity within the dye lot and between dye lots,
shade uniformity, visual dyeing defects, etc.

Finished Fabric Testing
At a minimum, testing comprises of shrinkage determination,
skewing, color fastness to washing, dry crocking, wet crocking,
color transfer on multi fiber specimens, light fastness, etc.
